Application of Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Conditions”) apply to all bookings for our retreat and form part of your contract with us. By paying a deposit or submitting a booking form, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Conditions.

Reservations & Contract

• Your place will be reserved once we receive your booking form and deposit.

• A booking confirmation will be sent by email; only then does a binding contract exist between us.

• Please check your confirmation carefully and notify us of any inaccuracies.

Payments

• A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.

• The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 2 February 2026.

• Bookings made after this date must be paid in full at the time of booking.

• If payment deadlines are not met, we reserve the right to cancel your place and retain your deposit.

Cancellations

• Deposits are strictly non-refundable.

• If you cancel after the balance payment is due, the full retreat fee will be forfeited.

• We strongly recommend travel insurance that covers cancellation.

• In exceptional circumstances, we may consider partial refunds or transfer of credit at our discretion.

Programme Alterations

We will always aim to deliver the published retreat schedule. However, we reserve the right to make changes to the itinerary, teachers, or activities if required.

Food & Dietary Needs

Meals will be provided as part of the retreat. Please inform us of any allergies or dietary requirements at the time of booking. We will do our best to accommodate, but cannot guarantee all requests.

Special Requirements

If you have any mobility issues, medical conditions, or special needs, please notify us in advance. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate but cannot guarantee that all needs will be met.

Valuables

We accept no responsibility for loss or damage to personal valuables. Please keep them with you at all times or ensure you are insured against loss.

Insurance

You are responsible for arranging comprehensive travel insurance covering:

• Medical treatment and repatriation

• Trip cancellation

• Loss or theft of personal belongings

Classes & Activities

• All classes and activities are undertaken at your own risk.

• Please consult your doctor before attending if you have any medical conditions or concerns.

• You must inform us if you are pregnant, injured, or taking medication.

• We are not liable for injuries, accidents, or health issues that occur during the retreat.

Events Beyond Our Control

We cannot accept responsibility for events outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, illness outbreaks, airline disruptions, strikes, severe weather, or political unrest.

Limitation of Liability

• Nothing in these Conditions limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

• Otherwise, our liability is strictly limited to the amount you have paid for the retreat.

• We are not responsible for indirect losses such as flights or travel delays.

Governing Law

These Conditions are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.
